50% vinegar/water solution. Bathe the affected areas, then lotion the fuck out of 'em (I was using Neutrogena Norwegian Formula Body Moisturizer, and it totally rocked my world - or at least my feet - but I'm sure any non-scented lotion/body butter/etc. would work just fine).
