Hey there,
I've been lurking here for some time, and since I will be going to TTITD this year, I figured I would introduce myself. I paint and make some stuff, which I hope to share with you all.
For the last few years, I have been wanting to go, but some kind of circumstance has always prevented me from getting there. This year, however, I was in a position to buy a ticket, and the lottery gods granted my wish.
I have also been getting involved with the local burner groups in Denver, and can't wait to assist in bringing some fantastic art to the playa. For me, the most important of the ten principles is participation. In order to live in a better world, we will have to create and maintain it, we can't ask anyone to do it for us.
Looking forward to meeting all of you beautiful people in the dust and flames.

Woohoo! Welcome to eplaya. So glad you are hooked into the Denver group. I've not met a single person from that area that isn't simply perfect. Jump on in and if you get stuck or stumped please ask questions. There are lots of people on here looking to help.

Lots of good stuff going on in Colorado. Now I just need to figure out which projects and camp I want to be a part of. We have a fairly active burner community here in Denver, and I'm just now starting to meet the right people.
