Removing the ampersand and afterwards! That what i was missing. I spent 5min trying different embed urls and codes before I gave up last night.

Typically when I find a You Tube I want to link
1. I hit the [SHARE] button, that is located just below the video window on you tube
Then a little white area pops up with an URL and a bunch of buttons to the right.
2. Right under where the URL is there is a little options pull down you can click on.
Example url: <---this one never works for me
Three options come up []HD Link; []Start at[#:##]; and []Long Link
3. Check the box that says Long link
Then the short URL will turn into something more like

4. copy/paste that long url into the ePlaya message box
5. Highlight the entire long Url, then click the [youtube] button above the message box.

I was allowed to operate a crane once. Good thing it was a sunday and the site was closed... and the I-beam imaginary. Otherwise there would have been much mutilation and death. I'm guessing some practice might be necessary to that particular skill!

haha, I have scraped snow off a roof in the past. It works pretty good with an "extenda-a-hoe" feature, where I can reach about 20' or so.
I'll jump on my backhoe, and start driving your way.....I should be there by winter, 2018.

and, the crane.......well, yeah, "death and mutilation" are great incentives to do better. "practice makes perfect"!!
