Where's the Cheese?

Post by denZONER » Fri Sep 10, 2004 6:36 pm

There is SOOO much whining here. But I have to speak up. As cheesy as this will sound. I had one of the greatest times of my life last week. This was my first burning man. I've always been told I'd fit right in, and I did. I will be part of Black Rock City for the rest of my life.

I did my part, best I could. Pissed in bottles (and took them with me.) I gave gifts to my nieghbors. I picked up all the MOOP in my camp. I danced in the dance camps. Next year i'll volunteer for more "official" activities and clean up. I plan to do some greeting duties, etc... I want to contribute MORE to the City.

I'm already planning for next year.

Someone said that it was about 50% newbies? So there must be some more success stories.
