1st Timer from California! Love to meet new people!

Post by LadyLikeLily » Mon Feb 13, 2012 12:12 am

Hello, hello!
My name is Lily, and I'm from southern California.
2012 will be my first year attending Burning Man. I would love to talk and hear your experiences at Burning Man.

I'm not very good at describing myself...
Here are a few things that make me smile: Hiking, reading, writing, meditating, swimming, geocaching, playing volleyball, meeting new people, helping other people, traveling, drawing, dancing, my record player, comic books ... This list can go on forever. I guess a lot of things make me smile. :)

I try my best to have an open mind and open heart.
I have enough love for everybody, so don't be shy to introduce yourself.

Hi Lily!

We have a forum full of Experiences . . .
http://eplaya.burningman.org/viewforum.php?f=69

But our stories also leak out all over the Board . . . it's really most unhygienic. :D

Here's actually my current favorite list of experiences (from the main site). Scroll down to all the comments. Stories for days. :)

When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle.
Then I realized that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me
