I was waffling on bringing some of my canned goods based on the logistics of shipping or flying with a bunch of jars, but I think I found someone who's driving out that will take a box for me. So pickled garlic, thai pickled carrots, and wasabi pickled green beans will be there.

Also I can a mean non-alcoholic strawberry cordial when I go strawberry picking in the spring that is lovely over ice with a sprig of mint. I think you had mentioned how hard it can be to find non-alcoholic drinks other than cranberry juice, so I'll bring a few jars of that too.
