Check it out Lemur, I know you dig Lamp Lighters & cooking for them. Statistically being a cook/chef is considered a (very) tough job.
3+ things about it make it so (a resort hotel human resources director told me this when I asked why our chefs kept f'ing quitting, the turn over was killing a great small bistro I worked, arg)

1)thankless/no recognition 2)stressful/low pay 3)customer complaints (low pay and the 3rd one don't apply to BRC, I'm sure the LL food is great and the pay is off the charts).

Thanks for cooking for the Lamp Lighters!! (now please stop beating everyone up, okay? You're killing the business!)
