Rest In Peace
Re: Rest In Peace
That must be such a hard decision to make, Jella.
The last cat of mine that was sick, I was able to stay with, so I hand fed and stayed with him until the end.
I don't think he was in pain.
It's hard not being able to help, or explain to them.

Re: Rest In Peace
This morning at 5:46 a.m., while cradled in my arms, my sweet, loving, baby boy Max passed away. I can say that Max was truly the sweetest cat in the world. He mission in life was to love as many people as he could. I only had him for 6 years, but he lived a happy 19 years.
I can't express how much I loved him, or how much I'll miss him. My heart aches for him, but I know that he's no longer in pain. As he was passing, I sang, "You are My Sunshine". For some reason, he liked that song, especially when I added his name. He would purr and give me his most curious look.
I love you, my little Maxey Max. God will take good care of you.

Goobye Earl. Man, you made one hell of a difference to bluegrass music. May you soar to Heaven playing mightily all the way and upon arrival be greeted by a chorus of angels singing mountain music.
