(Want serious? Meat. (Jeez... not THAT kind of meat, silly). I always do that to clear out my system, and maybe drop enough weight to slip into that battle armor I wore for the prom... Been doing the 40 day vegan thing for years now. Plus it makes that deep fried Bacon wrapped TurDucKin stuffed with a Bacon wrapped Ham (With vodka-bourbon glaze) on Easter that much better... just ask my local E.R...)
