I have asthma. Playa dust won't trigger it most of the time. However, floral scents often will; I avoid perfumes and scented air sprays and fresheners like the plague. Personally, I do NOT want a scented porto. Please. I'd rather deal with a whiffy potty than wheeze and have to go to medical.

Adopting a porta potty is a great idea, but plans should be held off until the new vender is selected for the next cycle.
Some companies are more receptive and burneresque than others to having their equipment decorated. They do after all need to rent them out the rest of the year.
End of March will tell who the poop master is for the coming season.
