Buy The Ticket,Take The Ride - Hunter S Thompson
Well we got are tickets for this year, now we are looking to take the ride, can't wait .
I have not been to a burn since 98 so consider me a almost born again virgin burner. As for my friend this will be her 1st burn. Looking for a theme camp to volunteer with for this year. Between the 2 of us we have a lot to give the right camp both in personality and skills . So any suggestions would be much aperciated!

Welcome to ePlaya! It's going to be a different world than you remember (hell, it's going to be a different world for all of us now!)
As for camps, we have a thread on Theme Camps Looking For Participants, just follow that link. If you see one that sounds interesting, private message them (the "PM" button will be under their avatar), we're keeping posts on that thread closed to all but actual camps looking for people.
We'll see you in the dust!

Welcome, SaintTemple!
If you want to look for local camps (which is not a must) you can also try the "Regionals" link in small print at the top right of the main Burning Man website. Joining mailing lists in your state/nearby can be a good way to get in on a local Build.

Hey there, welcome to eplaya!

When I was a kid I used to pray every night for a new bicycle.
Then I realized that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me

Born again virginity! Welcome to the site and back to the event. A lot will seem familiar as you take a look around or walk your friend through the first-timer's guide and survival guide. Poke around the boards, and don't be afraid to post a question or two if you don't see it covered.
