Sadly, yes. If I rideshare with Motsky this year, I'll be leaning out the passenger side through Eastern Oregon with my pig nose on, screeching "wheee! wheee! wheeeeeeeeeeEEEEEeeeee!" . . . but only after we're halfway there, so he doesn't turn the rig around.

The person below me will tell me a favorite song.

Empty-nest blows. I am happy to have raised such smart, independent women, but did they have to be in such a hurry to go?

TPBM cannot relate.

Given that I'm simultanously math-phobic. My father taught math at UC Berkeley. I think there is some genetic pre-disposition and some early exposure that gives me more tools to deal with problems--depending on what they are. However, it's not my strong suit and I am frustrated with my innumeracy, and the fact that math isn't taught well, resulting in an innurmerate population.

TPBM is illiterate.

In the 80's when I was taking care of my room-mates pet goldfish it died. I shellacked it & turned it into an earring to wear out. I don't think I'm the person to pass judgement here...
