Sweaty, dusty hair in the desert sucks. Less is better given the environment. My (well, our) opinion.maryanimal wrote: 3. Same as 2, but a little hair on the twinkie, such as a landing strip, but everything else in that area cleaned and waxed?

The original post shan't be dignified with a response, but maryanimal asked an interesting question:

SUCH a matter of personal preference... my taste varies by her energy and physique... some women do a bush really, really well, some look better with a landing strip, some bald. It depends on how they're constructed down there as to what frames things best. I don't have a prepubescent fetish, so I'm thinking at least SOME hair is a usually good thing. I was sad in the late '90's when it seemed EVERYONE felt compelled to shave EVERYTHING--it wasn't a fit for most women and their hair should be as unique as their bodies. Groomed is generally good, though; As thick as you want in the bikini area, but I don't usually find a bush that runs halfway down her thighs to be hot. Those comments aside, you can tell a lot about a woman by her bush (or lack thereof), so I'm viewing it as a way to discover who SHE is and what SHE likes.maryanimal wrote:Ok, I'm not one to mince words, I've been told I'm rather blunt. I've been exclusively partnered for quite a while (neither of us depilates body hair), but back when there was more variety in my partners I valued attitude over attributes. I actually like the feel of pubic (and non-pubic) hair. But it's not really my call. It's hers (or his).maryanimal wrote:Ok, I'm not one to mince words, I've been told I'm rather blunt. Mr. Lehrer was the man to teach me the words "masochism", "necrophiliac", and "plagiarism". Obviously, a dangerous man.

Dr Lehrer was (among other things) a math professor. He taught Alternative Math, "All we are going to do is change a few of the basic rules of mathematics to make it easier (or more complex, depending on what we are trying to accomplish) for us to arrive at results.
For instance, Taxicab math; Pi = 4. So when the cabbie calculates your fare, it is always going to be higher than you thought.
Dr. Lehrer used to split his time between MIT and UCSC and can still be found occasionally gracing the Theater Arts Department on the UC Santa Cruz campus as a Banana Slug Emeritus. I wonder if he has ever been to TTITD.

Re: "Adult" theme camps
He was at MIT graduate when my father was an undergrad there. My father once went to a party and Mr. Lehrer played the piano and sang. My father wasn't impressed.
And I have no idea what that means. Did my father not "get it" until Lehrer was on a record? Was Lehrer still honing the craft at that time? Where there cute girls that my father was more interested in? and I'm sure that's only the tip of an iceberg. (Does that mean that there are 27 more answers? I don't know... That might be more Alternative Math.)
Anyhow, like Lewis Carroll, Lehrer was accorded special cultural status in my family.

Re: "Adult" theme camps
As one who actually knows Tom Lehrer (not only have we become tipsy on Manhattans at a bar, but have swapped several letters and, just to prove I'm not completely full of shit, I have an autograped song book of his signed while we were drinking heavily together) he is, outside of his rather radical leftist politics and total abandonment of his Jewish heritage, a short and capitivating individual. His knowledge on mathamatics is renowned, as anyone who is a "student" of his will attest, but he does not wear his clearly intellicetual superiority to any of us on his sleeve. Actually, his modesty was surprisingly refreshing. Though he is no dummy: He made sure I paid for the drinks.

Well we were next door to "Grahama's", where you could enjoy a conversation with "Grahama" over milk 'n cookies. We enjoyed them as neighbors and figured, everybody could compromise their sense of propriety at Retrofrolic, then go next door and confess your indiscretions with Grahama.

Don't list them, please. 30 years into being hirsute and that out-of-hand rejection still stings at times.

#2 all the way. For some reason, landing strips turn me off. If not smooth, then the natural but trimmed look. Full on wookie is kind of a turn off.maryanimal wrote:Ok, I'm not one to mince words, I've been told I'm rather blunt. But I've always wondered what men really prefer:

Totally NSFW link here, it has some great tips for shaving.

Re: "Adult" theme camps
If trimmed at all, it is good to shape it just enough to not stick out from a bikini. Armpits shaved is fine, but not an issue. Legs are fine either way. I've appreciated the beautiful triangle shape since I was very young, just as I appreciate the round shape of breasts. Other shapes are ok for those who might want to do that, but a triangle down below and round breasts are preferable to me than a landing strip and square boobs or whatever shape ladies might adopt in the future when cosmetic surgery might allow such a thing.maryanimal wrote:Ok, I'm not one to mince words, I've been told I'm rather blunt.
