Ticket question plz help!!!
My friend bought a WILL CALL ticket but now cannot make the Burn... Can she change the name to one of our friends? How do we go about this??

If the ticket was a will call ticket purchased in the pre-sale or main sale, you'll have to wait until they start allowing ticket order transfers (this hasn't begun yet). If it was a will call ticket purchased through STEP, it's non-transferable.

And what about the camp distributed tickets? 1) Can I purchase with my CC but for someone else's (my brother) name on the will call order?
2) Are the rules about will call the same as for the other ticket types?
3) Can a ticket at will call be changed to mailed OR vice versa?
4) Any news on when will call will open this year for early arrivals? (last year it was Wed)
(With all the STEP non mailable tickets this year it might present an issue...)

Here you go.Camp main contact has option to buy x amount of hard tickets via purchase codes.You have the choice to purchase all and distribute yourself including leaving any number at will call.Or you could distribute the purchase codes and have everyone take care of it themselves.

@asaxon - info regarding their purchase was sent out to the theme camp coordinator with the purchase codes. The order would be in the name that's on the credit card used for the order. Directed Ticket Distrubution tickets are treated the same as tickets purchased in the main sale, in that yes they are transferable and you can choose either mailed out (if in the US or Canada) or will call. There has not yet been an announcement regarding box office hours at this year's event. Make sure your theme camp coordinator stays on top of the emails coming from the Placement announce mailing list, and passes that information along to your camp's setup crew when it comes along.

I'll keep an eye out for will call info. FWIW, I would suggest they open earlier with all the STEP people who don't have an potion to mail the tickets...
