I don't have cats, but I do think the cats, as a whole, would like to overthrow us. Fortunately, they keep being distracted by things that move. I don't think we've got much to worry about.

TPBM wears muscle shirts and doesn't feel the slightest bit self-conscious.

No. No muscle shirts and quite self-conscience.
TPBM wears pasties beneath the respectable work shirt/top/dress.

Is there anything more exciting than answering this thread?

I love words. Not all words. German words are nice, Yiddish words are nice, Slavic words are nice, Britishisms are nice. Not wild about french words, I get too confused on spelling.
TPBM loves diacritical marks.

It's true. I love when languages use diacritics to mark stress where it's otherwise unpredictable (i.e. irregular stress in Spanish). I'm also a big fan of the umlaut as it's used in French, where it tells you to pronounce two adjacent vowels separately. It's like the one nod French makes to spelling things phonetically. I'm less a fan of the IPA/Germanic use of the umlaut, because I can never remember if it means "reverse the rounding" or "reverse the frontness/backness of this vowel." And the vowels that result from whatever it is the umlaut does are always well-nigh unpronounceable. And I think the IPA diacritic that looks like a little seagull is way cute, but it's so long since I've done any phonetics that I can't remember what it's for.

TPBM has been more diligent about flossing lately.

I have been flossing every day after talking with a friend about her having painful gum surgery a few weeks ago. Since them I have been making a point of flossing more than my usual once a week.

If by enjoying you mean, spending it at the office unsure whether to have an iced coffee cause it's sunny or a latte because it's cold, then yes.
TPBM knows that umlauts are always rounded and forward. Except maybe for that A. But the Os and Us, rounded and forward.
TPBM also has a crush on the hacek and really doesn't know what to do with some of those extra Russian letters...

I know now, because I just read your post :) Guaranteed I'll forget it, though.
I do love me some haček. And as for the extra Russian letters -- well, when I took that Russian course, way back in the day, I never did quite get what the "silent symbol" was supposed to mean. But I'm mostly ok with the other ones.

TPBM has a collection of pretty scarves.

Unless there's something really bizarre and unexpected in store for me this year, I won't be there. But just in case, I'm deciding now that it's Tug Train or bust, baby!

TPBM should be sleeping now.

Nope. But I do have fond memories of the Windows 95 "rat maze" screen saver. I remember getting high and watching that thing for what seemed like hours. Yeah, I'm easily amused.
