I get truffle salt. It's sea salt with a bit of truffle shaved into it. Oh my goodness gracious. Fabulous stuff and you will never eat regular salt again.

greeeaat TK, just when I was getting accustomed to not having truffle oil (damned expensive) I read truffle salt. *runs off to store too* 8)

This reminds me of the guy that walks into a diner and orders BLT CUNT.

Of course the waitress is offended and the guy explains "Bacon , Lettuce and Tomato sandwich, Cut Up Not Toasted"

The waitress returns with a disgustingly soggy sandwhich and the guy asks "what the hell is this?"

To which the waitress replies BLT SHIT.

Which of course offends the guy, so the waitress explains

"Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato sandwich, Shoulda Had It Toasted"

Ba dump. Bump.

OK you can stop groaning now.

Oh yea, instead of mayo (barf!) try Dijon mustard and olive oil mixed together and a fuckton of BACNON of course....

Jkisha, Wow. Now that brings back some great memories. Esalin at 2am. The bars close. A quick drive on a crooked road in the dark. Drunk. Locals get in free. Tourists are $2 but they don't know to come so it's moot. On a covered cliff overlooking the waves, (that were nicely lit with spots). Communal hot tubs, Big claw foot tubs and massage tables. Oh to be young and careless.
