Yep, yep I don't mind it at all. It's not "the wire" but it's a pretty good show.

I stupidly put the theme song from Charles in Charge in my head and can't get it out.

Now TPBM has it in their head as well :)

I don't have much cause to read blueprints but I am fascinated by them when I come across some.

I have a feeling that I'd get a huge mouthful of salt water.
tpbm is actually a salt marsh flora. (And knows the proper way to use the collective noun "flora".)

What is the correct singulative? Species of flora I guess, if one can be a whole species. But if one is a single plant, then what? Floral specimen? I'll stick with that.

Someone had this to say about flora in the, er, eponymous Wikipedia article:
flora is a part of plant this is the veriation is a particluar aria.
And, yes, that is supposed to be a complete sentence, inasmuch as it begins after a period and ends with one. The lack of capitalization makes it modern.

Anyways, I'm not sure if I'm a floral specimen, but I think it would be nice to be a sea holly plant. Maybe in a future life.

TPBM may choose to look at this photo and may agree that these sea holly plants appear to be sprinting along the beach. Regardless, TPBM will answer this: Are they frolicking or fleeing, and why?

I vote frolic as they do not seem to have anything to flee from.

TPBM disagrees.

You're probably right that they're frolicking. But they occasionally might have to flee.... the tide.

I try to explain your allowed 1000.00 total of discount on prurchases whithin 1 yr...not 1000.00 off his 1025.00 purchase  . oiy vey !

I finally got through by saying "Sir, you'd need to spend 5000.00 today to achive the full 1000.00 discount available...a light went on I swear
