I'm having a hard time choosing.

Re: MONKEYS VS. ROBOTS !
wow...
i remember this story...i was a kid.
fascinating.
in a sense, we are ALL mutants, chance hybrids, in the past often determined by the genetic drive to continue and improve itself (see study concerning birth control pills and the skewing of pheromone output and subsequent choice of mates).
now this process is often determined by other means, social, financial and is not as limited in it's ability to cross ethnic and racial lines due to cultural norms and population migration and hence has increased the chances that hybridization will occur, and at an even more rapid pace.
the big question as we approach understanding of the human equation is much like the questions asked by Aldous Huxley in a Brave New World.
are we to think of the act of Procreation as Animal Husbandry in a sense?
and haven't some "lineages" been attempting to do this anyway, preserving status, power and wealth, and so goes the thinking, better "product".
i suggest watching the movie Idiocracy.
it's disturbing as fuck, and it's a comedy.
it is not too far off the mark as far as what our future MAY hold.
who will get the new technology?
who has access to the enhancements available and why?
what will this mean to those that are not able to "Keep up"?
are we indeed, creating evolutionary change by implementing bio-mechanical and bio-electric devices?
i take no side in this argument, it touches on far too many taboo subjects, and so i will let opinions be just that, and let the chips fall where they may.

Re: MONKEYS VS. ROBOTS !
Today's take-home:
But chimps tend to use tools better and have bigger brains, like humans.

"Bonobos stay close to their mothers — who even pick out their sons' mates — long after infancy, like humans. But chimps tend to use tools better and have bigger brains, like humans."
i'm afraid you're 110% chimp....
you can still go to space though, so, cheer up.
