No I'm not. That is something I really try never to be because I've had hangovers so bad I've thought I might need a trip to the ER for electrolyte replacement.

TPBM has a full plate of chores to get through this weekend.
Oh my god, it's HUGE!

Cranes and springs and shiny objects and OOO, LOOK.. A BUTTERFLY!! Actually.. my gf does laugh at my collection of toys that surround my "desk" at the dining room table. Anything to keep my ADD mind busy while on conference calls or otherwise.

No. Well, Rocky and Bullwinkle and other Jay Ward stuff, yeah. I could sure stand seeing hte original George of the Jungle cartoons again.
TPBM is impressed that my spellcheck recognizes "Bullwinkle" is a real word.

I am forever amazed at what spell check will and won't accept.

TPBM woke up in an interesting place this morning.

Nah, I drink plenty of water. I could, however, do with less booze. What was I thinking?

TPBM, look in the "miscellaneous" drawer again. I promise it's in there, somewhere... maybe under that old phone book?

No. I found it under my bed.

tpbm wants to do some volunteering.

I've been told by my partner not to take on any more volunteering commitments until I'm finished the thesis.

But you're right. Lately, I find myself with this strange urge to light lamps and deliver TP to porta-potties. I wonder if I'll find a place where I can do those things...?

I would except for my old-lady ears. After a night out dancing, I'm deaf for 3 days. So... maybe a cocktail lounge that plays quiet downtempo or ambient tunes?

Mostly, I'm jealous that you get to an extra Halloween. It's my favouritest day of the year!

I've been reading about private life in the Stalinist era, so I both hope and fear that you are right.
tpbm wishes I'd invoked The Floating World instead.

Hmmm, there are a lot of The Floating Worlds out there. Not sure which one I would prefer you'd have invoked. Private life under Stalinism, huh?

Not if they're going to eat with them! Flies don't hang out in the cleanest places...

Hm. I do have that "just at the edge of audible" stuff, and it pretty much sounds like gobblety gook.
