One rule of the live-action ePlaya thread: No pointing, no gesturing other than the options we have in the smilies. People have to draw their own inferences about whom pronouns are referring to. The confusion is part of the game!

O man, and we MUST use "Quote Fingers" every time we repeat exactly what someone else said.

Oooh... that'll be fun when we get embedded quotes 3 deep! Especially after a couple of drinks... trying to keep track...

O man!!!!
At least quotes can't be more than 3 deep!

though I miss when you could have quotes more than 3 deep. I hate having to edit out part of a funny string of comments

I hope on-playa PMs take the form of either passing notes in class, or inappropriately loud stage whispering, a la Homer Simpson.

Is it dark or clear rum?

1pm on Monday?
Damn, do we figure most ePlayans will be done setting up camp around then, and not busy trying to put finishing touches on their camps?

Eh.. to be honest, pretty much any random mid-day at Fandango becomes an impromptu eplaya MnG. I know that the girl and I always swing by around then for our first drink of the day and usually find a few faces there..

Maybe the epic struggles to get it from one another is an intended part of the fun.

Possibly the Mods will have to dress up in white and black strips and act as referee, for double posting (aka interrupting).

Double posting! I am going to say everything twice. Well, probably not. But I might say one thing twice, and then speak again to apologize for having done so.

Turtleburp, however, had better be there, and he had better say the same thing 5 times in a row, drunkenly, and then apologize for it and curse his iPhone.

I absolutely authorize this at Fandango, mainly because my "gin" will be vodka. I haven't been able to touch gin since that incident with the martini's in 2007

I make a burn ritual of going through the guide every morning (by which I mean early afternoon) while I have my first bacon and beer of the day and make a list of which cool events I will fail totally to make it to over the course of the day...
