good morning all... most of you are still asleep... and i wish i was.

the sun hasn't risen over the fields... today is "study skills" seminar day for the two teenagers... they adore me for placing them into a seminar on the weekend... yet, it is only two hours.... and "guess what?" if they don't fucking apply what they are taught today, they will be signed up for ANOTHER fucking seminar until they get it right (correct).

Good Morning!

To do list:
1) Go back to sleep if possible.
2) Bring huge crane truck to Captain Conundrum's house and take the carcass of the Playa Jitney, his flame-throwing art car, to the scrap metal place. (He's working on a new, improved version)
3) Not much else... do my impression of a speed bump... Still paying for my 24/7 schedule in BRC this year, but it's worth it, I'll do it again next year!

Yeah it is... I don't know how the hell you guys who live too far away to bring a truck full of stuff manage... I couldn't possibly get enough crap onto an airplane, yet people do it...

I'm not part of that Burn the Irish bar; I spend all year with Irish people when I go on vacation I don’t want to spend all my time with them. I am pretty impressed with what that lot do though. I went in 03 and this year 5 of us went, we still a lot of stuff to bring from here so I can imagine what burn the Irish Bar have to do. I think they get a lot of help form locals.

I like to have fresh fruit with my breakfast, so I always get the Cap'n Crunch WITH Crunch Berries... but these new shape-thingies in it turn the milk completely blue. That's just not right. Blue's freaky enough as a hair color.

Goddammit.

good afternoon.... Ste-Daddy got the boys to the seminar on time with a little help from mother... visulaize mother in flannel nightie pulling the 17 year old by the ear out to the car... "priceless" as they say in the commericals.

actuallythe 14 year old acted much more mature on this one... kudos to him... rasberries to the older one.

so, my work for the day is complete... time for a little smokey smokey.

Good morning. Nice to see the patches off (most of) the avatars. I need to do some writing today but I have no constructive ideas yet. Maybe I'll go out for coffee. That's a good idea. Things are looking up.

Good morning Joel, et. al. Been talking with my wife this morning about how she might be able to quit one of her jobs to spend more time with the kids. Anyone got any good numbers for the lottery?

As in 'up with the chickens'. Or in your case, 'wake the chickens when you leave'. Congrats on the bonus - first round is on you.

Now maybe I can get some sleep. Watch for the lurkers; they're all over the damn place.
