yeah, kind of. or I just resort to "the frog family, you know, like all the things that are like frogs, scientifically."
tpbm doesn't like Sunday much, specifically the way it ends the weekend. I get used to staying up late for two nights, sleeping late for two mornings. wait... this is supposed to be about tpbm. not tpwim. sorry.

sunday is like autumn... kind of lovely if it existed in a vacuum, but ruined by this sense of dread for what comes next (winter, monday).
tpbm loves winter and finds my comment offensive.

Hate snow, but I love the cool of perpetual autumn (I do live in SF, after all). Not a fan of summer.

I'm very much in touch with my inner 14-year-old boy.

The rope was chosen for the obvious reason. The billiards room was somewhat random -- it could have been any of the rooms, frankly -- but billiards involves balls, shafts, holes, and a good grip*, so in retrospect, that probably was the right place.

*Also, according to Wikipedia, a pink spot, a brown spotand cannons, oh my!

TPBM actually knows how to play English Billiards.

Nope, that was a few nights ago. Pasta (which I overcooked, because I was distracted by something shiny) and sauce from a jar tonight. With ice cream and maple syrup for dessert. And, uh, pickles with both courses. Not pregnant, just having a bachelor night.

TPBM likes to eat ice cream with something unusual.

I have some limestone blocks from when Manitoba and parts of Ontario were under Lake Agassiz. But I guess that wasn't the sea, or even a sea...

I actually just did a metal inventory of my stuff, and I don't think I have a single object from the bottom of the actual sea. That's odd, because I grew up on the coast, and both my parents lived have their whole lives on coasts. You'd think I'd have saved at least one seashell.

Oh! There's fish sauce in the fridge. And Worcestershire (which contains Anchovies). So, maybe a drop or two of one of those is made of something that once touched bottom. Uh, I'm really reaching here.

EDIT: Too damned slow!
And no, I've still never plonked anyone. I may have developed a new ePlaya crush today. But that happens periodically.

Biased, yes. But that doesn't make it untrustworthy. It just means that when someone tells you something, you have to apply what you know of their worldview, mental state, and motivation in order to interpret it properly.
