Yes- my completely unscientific list also shows A LOT of 12:16s.. but bright side is that with that 12:16:32 just getting tickets, we're half way through it in about a week, right?I have a feeling that the 12:16 queue is very, very large..
To continue the evisceration of the dead horse(purely for scientific and divinatory purposes, of course) seconds are just like minutes in a timestamp. You have no way of knowing how many people a particular one contains, so we have no way of knowing if we're halfway through, almost done with or just starting the 12:16's. Also as had been previously stated,the servers sending the emails weren't synced to the same time, so even though minutes seem to be a fairly reliable way of determining progress so far we have seen some inconsistencies lately with both 12:16's and 12:17's reporting in the past few pages.
