Rideshare from Pennsylvania anyone?
Hello there duderinos! So I have no idea where to start. My names Corinne. I'm new to this site. I've never been to Burning Man before. I have a ticket. I am broke. I live in PA. I am looking for a ride either to or from the event, I don't respect my job so I am free to leave/return whenever. I can toss in some gas money and also am willing to bake/prepare some treats for the ride. I won't have much on me, hopefully just a pack, tent and some food and water, and I love small spaces so I don't mind being cramped in the reject spot somewhere (no trunks please!...hopefully that was a given).
Also, I am a sober kid and do not care what people do on their own time, but I really would prefer not to drive with people who are going to bring "extracurricular substances" along for the ride. Totally have an idea what I'm in for once there, but for the ride I'd prefer to drive without all that noise.
Anyone who could help out, I'll give you a kidney (I won't even ask what you want it for).
Thanks a millions!

Okay, just so long as you're not 18 and the people you're driving with don't suddenly end up liable for your on-playa behavior. Even if you're well behaved, it's not a nice surprise to spring on people.

Oh no no no that's totally understandable. I am well behaved, and potty trained to boot!

Moving this over to Share Resources, since that's a better fit for rideshares.

Thanks trilobyte, I know nothing about anything pertaining to this site.
And AntiM, porta-john, bush, bottle and funnel...throw anything my way. I can take it.

Also I just found out that my volunteer application got accepted to the Recycle Camp and I have been inviting to stay with them! All I need is a ride there and back now...any takers?

Try the rideshare board:

If that doesn't pan out, pack really carefully & consider flying in to do the rest of your shopping. Reno loves your money:

There is usually a rideshare desk in the Reno Airport, 1st floor near the baggage claim. It's also a very easy hitchhike in, although I don't like to officially recommend that.
