Good New!
Just a follow-up to my situation and last post.
I received a 2nd email offering tickets and I was able to purchase them. Thanks to the BMORG for taking the time to listen and correcting the situation.
Thanks for the kind thoughts sent my way. I am still hoping for more tickets for the rest of my STEP brothers and sisters.

Dust2010, check the time stamp when your email left borg, look at the raw email,go to tools or maybe a right click of the mouse will bring up a menu. this will give you an idea of your place in the Q.

So I havent had any luck with getting a response from ticketing on how to sell my STEP tickets back into STEP. Any help or contact to make this happen would be greatly appreciated. If you have sold tickets back into the queue and are still following this thread can you give me any insight on how this works. Thanks guys and gals.

my 12:21 butt just secured 3 $400 tickets via friends & craigslist and will no longer be needing 3 of my 4 STEP tickets (my friend is in STEP too). and i'm so stoked that we dipped into the 12:20 timestamps!!!! hooray for everyone!

I know the feeling. I was up, and down and sideways....with all the emotions and angst of waiting for that elusive step ticket. I was totally positive for a long time....and then the fear crept in....and the sadness that I might not get to be a part of the 2012 burn....i swear.......I spent every morning and every late night on this thread...waiting for those timestamp numbers to creep up. Now I have mine and I know you are just a few days away from getting yours.
I will have a nice iced drink waiting for you on the playa. And for all the step children. I hope to meet many of you at the "meet and greet", but if that doesn't happen.......look up Three Chord Camp in the AEZ and we will do some step-cocktailing. Wait, is that a word? Oh....we don't care.

My friend just got 2 tickets thru step so 2 more will be joining the group i'm going with. I believe she was a :20 but i'm not exactly sure. glad to see things still moving for folks.

I already scored a couple from a buddy back in CT so these 2 are going to the next person in line. Timestamp of 12:21:05. See you all in the dust! )'(

sure seems like it was painfully slow through 12:17~12:18 and then 12:19 & 12:20 flew by.... something is definitely not linear here...
