My friends in the 12:20 and 12:21 timestamp are so hopeful now. I love it.

Yep, got one from a friend of a friend. It was a presale ticket so it cost a bit more but I get to avoid will call, and my STEP slot gets to someone else who may not have another option. It's a win/win. Thanks for your concern!

I believe that we shall have a glorious celebration to praise THE ALL MIGHTY TIMESTAMP...on the playa!!!...right?!?
Would any of my fellow believers like to organize an on playa gathering in honor of our most beloved deity... THE ALL MIGHTY TIMESTAMP!! ...???
I have a few ideas myself..but would like to invite anyone who has any ideas on how we could best celebrate all things timestamp...Venue?..Offerings?..Music?..Hors d'oeuvres?
Post ideas here..or if necessary we could start a new thread...

FELIXWOLFRAM - Although it seems like it would be impossible to get everyone together at the same time (due to playa-time, playa-spontaneity, and the playa calling/pulling burners elsewhere), it would be fun to have all the StepChildren line up in the order of their Timestamp and have a photo taken. A line of 1000-2000 people would be difficult to capture. So perhaps the photo could be taken from the Man. Also, instead of a straight line, we could form a giant circle of the clock.

I was a "twelve-oh-nine-oh-niner", and managed to get two tickets through STEP,

but, ALAS!!! Looks like I'm going solo this year

Sorry to change the happy mood but Im a little burnt out. Im at 12:21 and 18 seconds around there and I just been offered 2 step tickets, I have a mutant vehicle, and a invite to bring it in. But i have a second interview thursday and might have a good new job. I know theres no way they'll give me the day off. And worse case is i don't get the job and I have no tickets so Im stuck at home. Im really torn right now my fellow burners. I dont think I can go this year. I hope you guys party hard in the dust for me. I love Burning Man and I love all my burner family, I will miss you guys this year...

Disclose at the interview that you have paid for vacation plans. I started a new job last month and I negotiated that before hire. You can do it! Then if you don't get tickets you can tell them the plans fell through. I'm sure they'll be happy to have you at work.

Thanks I need it, Hopefully if I put my tickets into step the Playa will reward me with a job in the default world. I actually have a couple tears in my eyes. 2012 is going to be amazing cause everyone knows how hard it was to get tickets and keep the hope going.
