How to exchange tickets??

I have the opportunity to buy two tickets. Could you please tell me what is involved in a transfer? He has hard tickets and it will be done face to face. Thanks.

You give him money. He gives you tickets. Exchange complete.

Is there something more to this question that I'm missing (other than the usual warning of looking extremely carefully at the ticket to make sure it's real?)
