Extra seat for *early* crew arrival from Portland?

Just got accepted to fill a last-minute vacancy on DPW, now I gotta figure out how to get down there by the 12th. Packed *very* minimally; just me, a suitcase, a milk crate, and tiny tent/bedroll.

Yes, I'm already on the official burning man ride share site. Everyone offering rides from here to there is going for the start of the event. I've also posted in my regional community & on craigslist. Anyone know of other resources I should investigate?

As much as I can be... from what I'm told, there won't be much of a "gate" yet. But I know who to ask for to find my crew.

You may want to check with other members of the dpw (I'm almost certain they've got a list or two).

Good plan. You can't be the only one coming in that early, and with so little stuff, you're portable.
