Congratulations!
Things are going slowly, but the queue is progressing. Hang in there, and good luck to those waiting.

Re: Who snagged the last 1,000 tickets?
Got one! Refreshed page until error message was gone, and then didn't touch it.
Now the rest of our group is going too! Yay! (I suffered through all of this for my brother-in-law, we already have tickets)

Re: Who snagged the last 1,000 tickets?
Going home!
In queue at least 45 seconds late, likely between 12:01 and 12:02 (edit: my bad, local 3:01 and 3:02).
Started purchase process at 12:59 (3:59 local).
So much to do! Less than three weeks till I have to start the drive home.

That's one word I regret googling during breakfast.

I have another friend who will get to come to the playa now with me and a neko, he is an angel
Yes, I had several 'IE cannot display web page' errors, cntrl F5 refreshed every time it popped up then eventually the page stayed good and refreshed by itself every 15 seconds till the email page came up. Straightforward from there on, Thanks Ticket Folks! See you all out there soon!

There's a lot to be said for reading carefully and paying attention to the details. Hopefully she's able to work something out and get a ticket.
Re: Who snagged the last 1,000 tickets?

try to keep typing it
most entry boxes are unformated and are type-ahead
start over and type it fully and very carefully

Re: Who snagged the last 1,000 tickets?
So what you're saying is you were gaming the system with multiple email addresses?
It's possible that was caught in the de-duping process with the others.

Re: Who snagged the last 1,000 tickets?
Trilo, sounds like they are just trying to buy two tickets for two people, one for his girl, one for him. Not really duping the system, besides the benefit of resale has lost all appeal by now.murfyteam wrote:Bummer error locked me out ???

Murf, I bet the issue with it thinking that you are trying to buy multiple tickets on the same browser. If you have more than one browser on your computer i would try that one, if not delete all temporary internet files and cookies (although that will screw up remembered settings in many other websites).

Re: Who snagged the last 1,000 tickets?
I just tried it and was able to get through. I lucked in to a pair a couple days ago so I didn't need it, but there are still tickets available.Shakti wrote:um have been waiting since noon. please encourage me not to give up~~~ i am stuck at home until something happens

Re: Who snagged the last 1,000 tickets?
Something about not having mountains of cash in the middle of nowhere? Or maybe it's that they don't want someone to decide not to go and be left holding a worthless ticket? It doesn't seem all that outrageous to me...dj_john69 wrote:Damn, had a friend trying to buy her ticket and she didnt realize that you had to pay in advance even though its will call. Bummer![]()
