You prolly already are set but don't forget your "tin" for butts. I use an old altoids tin for mine. I always gotta remember to fish it out for the burn so I don't moop cloves on the playa.

Ordered the new brake and shifter cables for the Rhoadescar. For something that's only used a few times a year, that thing takes a beating.

Snap On makes an inexpensive tool that allows you to force lubricant or wd40 through cables like that - might be cheaper than replacing them.

Built a Monkey hut today and set up my tent to prepare for a lot more dust than last year. But I need to make the hut taller so it doesn't rub on the tent and keep me up in winds.

I stocked up on some 5 Hour Energy for personal use
made my (hopefully!) last costume-related purchase

Tomorrow I'm banishing myself to the basement & shackling myself to the sewing machine to finish costume projects.

Not that I'm aware of, no. This is something special for Fertility 2.0, my understanding is it involves some of the folks from the original first theme camp/cacaphony society people (who were also responsible for starting the whole santarchy/santacon thing in defaultia).

This thread is both inspiring and makes me feel like a slacker! Finally some accomplishments. Yesterday we put together the hexagon gazebo that will house the market and it looks good. Still working on how to anchor it. This morning I raised the tent trailer so it can air out and get loaded up. I also have demooped most of the inventory for the market! Yay we're going to the Playa!

Oooh steaks... We picked up some of the booze a little while ago, but are about to make the transition from hardware and art supply mode to food and dink mode in the shopping department.

We picked up juice and stuff from Costco and packed the food boxes. Only need a few items from the commissary and the chilled food. We're over-prepared on food, as usual. No steaks though. Never did like taking raw meat to the playa. Larry is outside fussing with something or other.

Genius came up yesterday and got half the HFWA t-shirts and gift bags done. Limited quantities.

Art is going along well.
