Videographers/Photographers! Pros/amateurs! Can you assist?

Postby theflyingpickle » Tue Jul 03, 2012 12:59 pm

Seeking on-Playa help for the Black Rock Portrait Project www.blackrockportraitproject.com I'll be photographing Burners for the project, some of which will become paintings. The process of the project will also become a book and a short documentary style video to be shown in the galleries and museums where the paintings will be displayed, as well as online. This is where you and your camera come in. I need people to film me doing the project on the playa. I'll be shooting "models" 5-7:30pm Thurs/Fri/Sat. Even just a few minutes of video footage would be very helpful. (you can also shoot me "off-duty" pretty much any other time) You will be given credit in the final video and on the website, you'll get a little gift from me, and you will be thoroughly thanked! Contact me at marievlasic@vlasicstudio.com, theflyingpickle@hotmail.com, and learn more about the project at www.blackrockportraitproject.com. Thank you!

Will champagne be served?
What other people think about you is none of your business.

Moving this over to the Art & Performance board, since that's a better fit.

Does a videographer need to supply his own camera?

I'll actually need to use my tripod to shoot the stills.
