Re: Looking for cheap shade options
Quick question about the footprint of a monkey hut. I've been looking at Chromatest's website, and my brother and I plan to build a monkey hut this weekend as a test run so we know what we're doing when we hit the playa. We have a four-person tent with a 9x9 footprint, and we're camping with one other person who will be bringing a separate tent (2-person). Would it be feasible to use the second size option and make a monkey hut with a 15'x20' tarp to cover both of our tents? Or would we need to consider the idea of building a bigger hut (or possibly even two huts)? We're camping in Lamplighters, and I don't know how much space we're allotted for our campsite, so that's a factor to consider, as well...
Any tips would be appreciated!
