Making 2012 unsold tickets transfer for 2013 BM seems a very fair solution for everyone involved.....
Unsold 2012 tickets valid for 2013 transfer
Unsold 2012 tickets valid for 2013 transfer
Due to all the ticket problems and all the STEP tickets that did not get resold, and all the originals that remain unsold...

Then I realized that the Lord doesn't work that way so I stole one and asked Him to forgive me

What ticket PROBLEMS? Worked out fine for the rest of us, next time don't try to profit from this event and you should be able to avoid your "problems". Consider it a lesson learned, Dildo.

Accept of course no hippie or scalpers here.. Just someone honest who's two close friends can't make it and kept hold of tickets (rather than selling at huge prices months ago like lots of people) in the hope that some friend of camp would need them..
Thanks for your support :-p
So you have no one to blame but yourself. You could have sold them at face value as soon as your friends bailed. A quick check with your camp would verify whether anyone needed them. If you only get vague replies, get self reliant and either get a firm conformation with cash, or sell the damn things. No one made you wait until the week before the event, when there are ALWAYS scads of tix available.

Tickets were selling at face value up until the August sale. If you didn't sell them before then it's not the Orgs fault, just like it's not their fault if your boss cancels your vacation.
If you read all that tiny print on the back of your ticket, they are non-refundable even if the event gets cancelled.
Honestly, let me be the cold heartless voice of reality: I'd post them on the "offered" board today for $150 each, sell them & accept the loss. At least it won't be a complete wipe-out. Cut that price by $50 every other day this week (Weds, $100, Fri $50) or else someone else will undercut you.
There are hundreds of people dreaming of making their money back, it's just not going to happen at this point. If you don't believe me, go look at the Tickets Offered board...
