I have the need to get a message to someone at the Burning Man event (I am not attending) regarding the passing of a close family member. What avenue should I use to attempt to deliver a message or do I have to wait until the event is done?
Thanks in advance.

I think your best bet is to wait. The event is busy and intense, and it is unlikely your family member at the event can take any actions while there that are essential. The numbers given are more for dire emergencies and even with them, it can be difficult to find an individual. If it is any consolation, your relative is celebrating life to the maximum at the event. Best wishes for your family!
