I don't fucking answer my fucking house phone anymore. One tip for robocalls: they dial a bunch of numbers at once. If you don't pick up in the first few rings, and one of the other numbers does, it hangs up your phone. So wait a few rings before picking up. Or just let it go to voicemail like I do.
