hi gang!! dang, no Reno or Sac decom for me.....it's up to the Hof, at 6 am tomorrow to start putting in the windows in hopes of getting it weather tight for winter.
Wish me luck!! I have my 3 lb hammer and small "finish" chainsaw, so to should go fine.
What, could go wrong?

So, I saw Ms. K last night. She was so nuts she got us thrown our of a bar. First time in my life for that. Not the first time I've seen Ms. K crazy drunk. Don't need that in my life, either, smart and fun as she is when sober, or maybe I should say "less drunk". Say, buddy izh thish the "Fuck!" Thread? Where am I?

Hi Fishy, Bin, Pie and YG. Good self advice, Bin. Stick with it. Only thing that can go wrong, YG, is dropping that 3 lb hammer on your foot or some other vulnerable part of your anatomy. Remember, saftey second (moved up from third!)

Pretty sure "cracker" is a derogatory American slang word for a poor white southerner. Randy Newman used it in a song.

Now, isn't "crumpet" also a British slang word for a nice young lady? I think somebody once described the Jaguar E-type as the World's best crumpet-bait.

edit to add: crumpet... a good reason to have a pet is to have it eat the crumbs you drop on the floor. more expeditious than a vacuum cleaner.

I'm not sure whar crumpets are. but they are for breakfast toasted with butter on. or cheese or whatever. i like them with ice cream on when i eat them. Yes crumpet is slang for a good looking women over here but we rarely use it, since we started calling schools high schools.

I have found drinking rum not to be as good over here, even if i find interesting rum to have with toast fro breakfast

Long dull weekend. Damp and chilly outside, and Larry is stuck in Primm, NV with Special Ed (another driver) with two loads of oversized steel... CA dinked around with the permits and didn't get them issued on Friday. He is too smart to try and make the run without a permit, the fines are extremely high. So he's at Whiskey Pete's, watching movies in the truck and contemplating getting a room. Sigh.
