M'kay, I've walked by the bar a few times, and have always been a little intimidated to come in, but I've reached a breaking point.

Who's minding the bar? Can I have a drink? Pretty please???

Hmmm,

Jameson's, on the rocks, with a side of water no ice.

(I might ask you to bite, later.)

Merci.

Post 1500 is coming up within hours or minutes!

I think that the sig comes from a line I posted, distilled expertly by Stuart into its bare essentials. Say it with me now:

booze over evil

That is my mantra for the day...

I will share it.

Why spread out of the bar and give drinks to all the other thirsty threads on e-playa. I might be able to "borrow" one of ESD's fire engines with the 500 gallon capacity, we hook up a spriter hose and gift the whole board. I'd be fishsticks, but it would be worth it.

Well...no, I was thinking more along the lines of a Château d'Yquem 1983, but if you happen to have Brigit lying around somewhere, send her down to my end of the bar.

*sigh*

That's the great thing about virtual bars, I can hang out at work! Actually, I am only pretending to work today so it's okay.

As for the coffee, check that coffee maker. I left it cleaned and filled last night when I left so you guys would just have to flick it on for a hot cuppa this morning. Maybe playa dust got into the water, though. It was rough in here last night.

I'll have some of that Jameson's over a little ice. Think I'll just sip it.
