BBD- it took me a while to get my link working. When you go to edit your sig, look at the bottom. For some reason there is a completely separate "enable bbs" button for sigs. Why? Who knows. There certainly isn't any reason for the eplaya to suddenly start being consistent is there?bigbluedoggy wrote:Even though there is an image URL button in the signature editing box, I have been unable to figure out how to use it and make it work. It seems signatures can no longer contain a link? Am I doing something wrong?

Not for me. I can't see 2009 or 2006 at that location.

Re: Bug Reports
Is it just me or the Video tag doesn't embed youtube videos quiet well?
I can't play the one with video tag. Do I need to install some supporting software?

The second is definitely smaller.

All I see for the one embedded with video tag is a black area. No video, no controls, nothing.theCryptofishist wrote:The second is definitely smaller.

Re: Bug Reports
Both videos come up and play normally. The one embedded with the video tag is larger, but that's how it was designed to work. You may need to make sure your javascript is installed properly and is a recent version. Go here to get the latest version for your machine.

Re: Bug Reports
Er Trilobyte, that link is to Java, not Javascript. Despite the unfortunate naming by Nut Netscrape the two are only weakly linked in their history, and not linked at all in the manner you're expecting (i.e. something you can install or upgrade).
Maybe there are some security settings that are preventing the [video] tag's script rewrite from working. It uses a cross-domain script that may be disallowed in some configurations.

Re: Bug Reports
It's possible there could be a user permissions issue, but in most cases I've seen where javascript isn't working correctly in a person's browser it has turned out that there was a problem with the runtime/driver installation (old version, corrupt file, etc). Reinstallation is easy and will clear things up if that's the case.
