I bought a small bag of baby ruths, which happen to be my favorite candy bar. Well they're all gone now, so no candy for the kids. We don't have kids in my complex anyway.

You mean "coagulated" snot. Ice is frozen water, but we don't call Ice, water. Boogers also have charachteristics that snot lacks. Boogers can be picked, flicked and even chewed. Snot, however is really only good for blowing bubbles. Which, is by no means, less entertaining! However, picking is strictly limited to boogers.
