Yep, he's taking on a lot for a first time burner, at any rate I wish him well. At least he's getting advice from some of the best builders around here.

oooh, that stuff is good Dougly!
I'm leaving soon for a Traditional Native feast, the menu includes Venison, Salmon, Pheasant and Organic veggies. nearly everything was grown or hunted by members of our Sweatlodge. I will be bringing some blackberry wine I made in 2008 and honey for the frybread.

That looks tasty! Pandorra and I don't really do the traditional holiday thing, but she's come up with a fun and simple holiday drinking game (whatever beverage you enjoy). Every time you see someone post a picture of food, drink!

Up late/early (damn you, insomnia)… putting on the PBS docu on the Dust Bowl, hard to tell whether it'll help me drift off or keep me awake the rest of the night.
Re: The Bar, Volume #4

Watch this for awhile and eat more turkey.

Whoaaaa, I almost missed this!graidawg wrote:Ladies, Gentlemen, Bunnies and Unicorns. I have good news after 2 full days of phone calls i know have my tools back, many thanks to Dave for nagging me to phone every half hour, Mike for driving me 170 mile round trip (without the company knowing) and you lot for encouraging me not to give up. However ym mobile has been disconnected because i haven't topped it up in some time, so now i need to work out a way to correct that minor flaw, which is a lot easier to do in Britain than america!
Hurrah, lets have a drink (now where the is the good stuff?)
ETA : HAPPY THANKGSIVING I REALLY HAVE SOMETHING TO BE THANKFUL FOR TODAY (plus i have my receipts and invoices now)
Great news, Grai.

Seattle was wet (Big Effin Surprise there) and the Frybread truck was nowhere to be found
And we decided that it easiest to pass as girl while wearing rain gear.
All in all it was a good day
Now I'm making Thanksgiving Quesadillas with (turkey, stuffing, potatoes, cranberries, jalapenos and Cougar Gold Aged Cheddar (in celebration of Cougars winning the Apple Cup!)

Morning all.
it being Saturday I am of course working a 12 hour shift here, so, no soup for me!
*starts ECM*
*dials in some extra elixir of liveliness*
I am still a bit hung over from Thursday night... yesterday was just a blur. Somewhere in that blur was a hot turkey sandwich though, I do remember that.
