I noticed this year that Monday felt like Friday. Every other day felt like Friday, too. And the earlier part of the week was always my favorite. Which is a good deal of the reason I left Thursday evening. I'm thinkin' I'm going next year, but... Shit. With the money I inevitably(sp?) end up spending, I could do a week in Europe. I dunno...

This was my first year and I spent a hell of a lot on it including a having my transmission rebuilt on the way home. I am also currently unemployed so I have no Idea really if I will be able to go. If I have paid of all that I charged this year, If I have money coming in, and I have vacation time or am able and could afford to take an unpaid leave. I'll go.

It's funny around Wednesday or Thursday I was questioning if what I was experiencing really was worth what it cost, and I was starting to worry about my impending layoff. Then I snapped out of it and dropped the worry and the last of the expectations I hadn't been able to purge myself of before hand and had a great time. Since I've been back I am even more enthusiastic about it. If the is a way I will be there.

I read some place about a big regional, event planned to happen like a month before Burning man in Spain I think. If you were going to Europe it could be an interesting alternative.

I'm not the only one sayin' that regionals are the future of BM. I came to BM to get out of my rut. Now BM seems, well, rut-like. After five years, I pretty much know what to expect. Going off to Europe (for the first time) seems like an inviting alternative. I'm just sayin...

As I prepare the vast pot of morning coffee (no coffee drinks with stoopid names for you, sailor) I'd like to point out that sometime in the next 24 hours or so The Bar thread wil pass the Fuck thread in number of posts.

Tish, baby, fishnets are my stocking of choice! In fact, I just picked up a coupla new pairs: neon green, and black/purple striped. I've been preparing for the San Diego Decompression, so I've had to buffer up my costuming. I must say, the green ones look mighty nice with my black garter belt and black waist cincher... I don't know about anyone else, but
I'd sure do me...

Um, er... what I mean is: Of course, Miss Tish, I've had cocktailing experience. If you'd like, I can show you my references.

I'm ready for something a little stronger than coffee.... who's pouring around here?

Afternoon people,

So Guinivere If some guys were thinking about making you a cake should they be thinking about chocolate. Not that we're thinking anything about your birthday or anything.

Actually, I am home until about 5:30 or so. I was going to go earlier but work called with a problem that I had to work on. I'll be headed up there in a couple of hours.

So ... when is decompression in S.D.? I am actually going to be at a technical conference in La Jolla from the 17th to the 20th
