Did this art exist on Playa?

While on an art car in the wee hours of Sunday morning, I happened upon a piece of art in deep playa. It was a K hole. Seriously. It was a 3-4' diameter hole dug about a foot into the playa with perfectly smooth sides with a perfect lower case san-serif k dug a bit further down. No one else saw it and we spent 20 minutes looking for it. Did this exist or was it all just an illusion?

Many people report falling into a k-hole on the playa, and it takes them hours to make their way out.

I think you mean "A-hole" and it existed--in large quantities--on the playa.
