Reading about Demikhov, I recall the large amount of material about north korean 'brainwashing' experimentation I have read, and I have to wonder at the availability.
Their experiments were quite an obsession in the usa, as were the russian versions, and may explain mkultra.
A russian film on pavlov experiments had a final shot of human subjects, reacting identically to animals, when first screened in the usa.
The next time it appeared, the human subjects had been removed.

I feel fairly sure that the common availability of fairly excellent books on cryptography in libraries is not random, especially given what we know of government monitoring of libraries.

Aliens will be landing at Burning Man next year. The government has been reaching out to the folks at BMHQ, apparently they feel they can't just let a ship land on the White House lawn, they need to ease people into the idea.
