This 1996 classic was shot mostly in Concord, CA. It is precisely why we watch movies distributed by Troma: Lots of gratuitous nudity, some actual laughs, poor film quality, worse editing, and a deep satisfaction to see what can be done with a budget so tiny that they don't even bother (near the end) of having blood come out of somebody who has just been shot, much less a hole in the shirt. This movie has everything: sex, nudity, transvestites (well, one anyway), violence, more nudity, inane plot and dialogue (my favorite line: "Dick, we're having a party. Want to swing by?" "No, I stopped doing that.").

I give BLONDS HAVE MORE GUNS a solid (out of five) four empty wine glasses.

INVASION OF THE SPACE PREACHERS

This 1990 yawner is hardly worthy of the Troma label. There were only two very fleeting scenes of nudity (the first one comes at the 1 hour, 7 minute mark) and neither were graphic nor gratuitous. Boring was more like it. The plot, such as it is, centers around two rubes from somewhere in West Virginia on a camping trip. They meet up with an alien creature who transforms herself (himself?) into a beautiful woman, at least by Troma standards. From the same planet are beings that are masquerading as preachers in order to dominate the airwaves, brainwash the people of Earth, and take over our planet. They fail. Jimmy Swaggert could have learned a thing or two from these guys. Not worth even the price on the internet (free), so save yourselves an hour and a half of misery.

I give INVASION OF THE SPACE PREACHERS a meager one and a half empty wine glasses. Had there not been those two brief nude scenes, they would have only received one empty wine glass. Pitiful.
