Zule's the tender...he's become completely cybernetic by now....and this is indeed good for him. We need somebody standing up for AI rights too.

Hello fellow patrons,
Thank for the sentiment Cowboyangel, but unfortunately I can't claim to have a fully AI statues. I'm sort of a trans-cyber hybrid.
In other words I have a squishy center. After the 31st my skin should be ready to be reapplied. I'm waiting for the UPS [universal parcel service] delivery of my grow it yourself humanoid skin kit.

It can't get here to soon either, I'm starting to corrode without it.

------------Here's another-----------------

A first grade teacher explains to her class that she is a Boston Red Sox fan. She asks her students to raise their hands if they were Red Sox fans, too.

Not really knowing what a Red Sox fan was, but wanting to be like their teacher, hands explode into the air. There is, however, one exception. A girl named Lucy has not gone along with the crowd.

The teacher asks her why she has decided to be different.

"Because I'm not a Red Sox fan."

"Then," asks the teacher, "what are you?"

"Why I'm proud to be a Yankees fan.", boasts the little girl.

The teacher is a little perturbed now, her face slightly red. She asks Lucy why she is a Yankees fan.

"Well, My Dad and Mom are Yankees fans, and I'm a Yankees fan, too!"

The teacher is now angry. "That's no reason," she says loudly. "What if your mom was a moron, and your dad was a moron, What would you be then?"

A pause, and a smile. "Then," says Lucy, "I'd be a Red Sox fan."

There are a LOT of people that work there so chances are probably slim that it was him. Still, I thought of him as soon as I read the article. I hope whoever it is makes a speedy recovery.

Oh, and now that I think about it, I got the impression from his web page that Badger works for Stanford in which case one would think he would have been taken to Stanford hospital. Valley Medical is the county hospital and an electrical contractor might be taken there depending on his employers insurance (or lack thereof). BUT ... sometimes it just depends on the quality and current load on the various burn units.

Tisha said something about a sick mouse. Hope it gets better soon. If she would PM me a addy, I would send her a nice optical one. Don't know where the rest of them ran off to. Was it something we said?

I blame Cowboyangel for bringing the specter of sports in here once a place gets a sports bar reputation every thing goes to hell.

Pulled a second crane truck right next to it and took the hydraulic supply and return lines off... then ran some long lines over to the disabled one, and folded up the crane and outriggers using hydraulic pressure from the second truck.
Then back at the garage, bolted in new $2000 pump. Then, tomorrow, it's off to the hydraulic shop to do some tests to find out why it exploded, maybe a bad pressure relief valve that will blow up the new pump too... ain't firing it up 'till I know.

That's how that went.

I suppose we could consider the possibility that some people have fun productive lives that might not need to include socializing with the likes of us.

Naw,.. maybe they've been kidnapped by by evil alien women, That sounds a lot more likely to me.

Sorry was out for a bit and on the phone for a while...

I will try to leave the sports out of this bar I will just harass CA elsewhere.

Tisha's mouse is working again but her monitor is dead.

So now I would love it if someone would line up a strong whiskey and coke for me.
