*sidles up to the bar*
can I join you all?
I put van details in the amtrak thread.
so marginal luck, anyway.
I'm getting the design worked out on the ovens.........but I hate the "unknowns"......IE: how hot the exhaust is, how much heat can be transferred to the ovens. It's going to be one of those "build it and see what happens" things.
Finding two wall safes, has sure helped the process along. I forgot I had them on a pallet out back, so, cut and or removed the locking mechanisms, and now have the makings of the exhaust plenum, diverter, and two ovens, one a smoker for meats.
I sure hope it works...........

Re: The Bar, Volume #4
Happy Monday indeed! I dropped off a lil early last night, and so now I'm wide awake a little early this morning, d'oh! I'm hoping the cold snap gives way a little bit once the sun's out and shining, so I can work on getting 'er done a little more easily shuffling stuff between storage joints. It feels like it's going to be a busy week, hopefully the fun kinda busy for all.

Larry was home last night, already back out in the cold to deliver granite slabs. Brrrr.
I have all the faucets running a trickle. Two house fires already from people using propane torches to thaw their pipes, and one from a guy thawing out his raingutters. Oopsy.

Well my waterpipes are winterized and I am using bottled water. I don't have rain gutters that need to be thawed either. My black water tank is frozen however. Don't think propane is the best idea for that though.
So what do the Doobie Brothers do with frozen black water, huh?
