Bagged them in a space saver bag. Way heavier than I thought they were.
This project is put away until I finish my lion. I cut out his backside last night so I can drill in and place the tail. Then it's time to wrap him up, skin him and start crocheting.

I'm not normally much of a pajamas wearer, either sleeping in underwear, shorts, or sweatpants and t-shirt much of the time. I made do with the sleepwear I had (and rocked a red silk robe I had in a bin somewhere), but it got me thinking that having kickass pajamas might be something I wanted to sort out. For home, for the playa, for the next pajama-themed meeting *shakes fist*
I had a lot of ideas for fun PJ's in my head, but ye olde internet searches weren't providing much in the way of results that matched what was in my brain (as happens). I couldn't find a fabric print design I liked, and I didn't really want to devote the time and resources into making some kind of kickass onesie (we've made a few for friends over the years). Then a friend of mine tipped me off to these japanese kigurumi pajamas. Awesome stuff - I suddenly went from being frustrated that I couldn't find anything I liked to being torn between several cool designs to choose from. Ultimately I went with the classic dinosaur, which arrived today.
