Fuck! The cats have figured out how to open all the doors today. It was bad enough that they figured out how to trap one another in the lazy susan cabinet.

That was one long fucking day...the over the top of all the shit was when I realized my colleagues throw away all the materials I had prepared for the final report of our project...so I had to go out to the cold and dive into garbage bin to collect it again and prepare the packages for all of our partners (more than fucking 40 of them)...it is 2am...I am going to fucking sleep because I have to fucking wake up in 5 hours

My 21 year old kitty has an abscessed tooth. Or teeth. Not strong enough right now to undergo anesthesia. I hope the antibiotics will let him eat enough to get him stronger.

Will and I had to put our beloved Bernese Mountain Dog, Monty, to sleep 2 nights ago. It was the right thing to do but it still hurts like a mother fuckin' bitch. The house feels empty without him. The grief is very heavy.

I can't do it. I'm sitting here crying on the keyboard. He was doing better yesterday but today not so good. He's down to 5.5 lbs. so the anesthetic would probably kill him. He's been my constant companion since he was born.

I have antibiotics and painkillers. He has at least one abscessed tooth, and it needs to be pulled. And kidney disease. And pancreas problems. But he's bounced back from what I thought was death so many times, including two cancer surgeries at age 16, the loss of an eye at 18, that I can't be sure. Damn, even with the surgery at 16, the vet gave him 6 months to a year. They started calling him miracle kitty.

And this is my busy season for work. Always something.
