The Bar, Volume #4
Re: The Bar, Volume #4
Morning Marty and Elorrum, having my friend Trena aka fireball and her mom over this morning for brunch and our first official BM planning mtg. Ready to break out the tutu and the colorful wig. Marty, I just went through the pvc research. I took my 10 x 10 popup and reinforced it with pvc all the way around. Sides, top and bottom then will stake it and also tie down with heavy duty ropes and rebar everywhere. Decorate it and voila! Look for the 2 giant pink flamingos in Barbie Death Camp. Elorrum, great day to bake bread. My coffee cake is already in the oven to start brunch. Have a good day guys

Good Morning Everyone!!!
Last night my youngest son and I drove up to my folks place. The drive was about 4 hours. A little fog at one point in the trip, but the roads were pretty clear and only a little blowing snow. So, here we are in La Ronge. It is a balmy 19F (-7C).
I hope to take pictures of this place today. I would love to get one of the snow plow that they use on the lake
May your weekend be fun and exciting!! Anyone in the East who is dealing with that storm/snow - Keep Warm & Stay Safe (If shoveling - please take multiple breaks)

moin, moin!
uubububb. OK where did that week go? seems like I was busy and never got anything accomplished all at the same time, and this week apparently has only one Saturday. I will spend my day in domestic bliss. And I'm going to try to do some baking. I want to try banana ginger cookies. it's a recipe a very drunk girl told me, she said she's quite sure she it was correct.

Re: The Bar, Volume #4
Mornin' campers.
In about half an hour my little kitty Posey gets his cast off his leg. He broke both bones in the front right leg when he was only seven weeks old, so he's been in a cast for more than half of his life. My other kitty Danger has been batting at his enclosure (I have to keep him cooped up for the leg to heal) and it should be interesting to see how they adapt to life together. But it's a beautiful day in Newcastle, sunny and approaching 60. After I get kitty home it's time for a run. Haven't had any alcohol since last Monday (I'm on my 30-day alcohol fast and damn I would love a glass of beer or wine) and have already lost seven pounds (I'm also dieting and exercising). Of course, I put on some "water weight" at the Super Bowl so maybe my results aren't exactly typical.

Try a malta.
Not diet though, but no alcohol.
Good luck to your kitties.
I'm staying in a house of rescue kitties for now, cats all over the place.
Jewish household, except for me.
Big tube amps and hand carved guitars all over the place, kitties on the shelves, maserati in the driveway.
I thought, "I can put up with these guys."
Living way too close to the university though.
We know you were responsible for that power outage, Doc, ...somehow...

Thumps ECM
I'm back. Not the best vacation. Some great parts, some not so great parts... and the call that Larry's dad had passed away just a couple days into the trip... ugh. Couldn't get back, had to book a last minute ticket for Larry because no way could we afford two ... and then a pickup runs him off the road on the way to the airport. He's okay, the car is okay, a very nice someone pulled him out of the ditch right away, he should be in the air now... ugh.
I miss anything good?

Knowing Larry, he'd keep it under his shirt until he could bring it home.
Re: The Bar, Volume #4
Morning all..
AntiM, I am so sorry. That is horrible. Pls tell Larry I am sending big hugs. Good thing he is ok. Sounds like you had a helluva week. Doc, good for you! It is hard to do. I had my campmate over yesterday and had a blast planning our trip. Now I am like Doc and need to get my butt in gear and start the diet and exercise regimen. I keep thinking critical tits ride so that will keep me motivated.... Today is a sewing day to make a shade structure cover with fur trim, hoop skirt sewing lights into it which will be cool and misc other crap. Hope you enjoy your Sunday.

Sunny, clear and in the mid 60's today! Maybe the harbinger of Spring!!!Sad, Anti M, give Larry a hug from me. Morning SOP, WB & FJ. I know YG will pop in shortly. Hope our friends in the path of the Northeast blizzard are all ok! They've had more than their share of bad weather! Gonna do some glazing this morning and then see some art work this afternoon. hoi!
nah Ygmir just some art I found while sipping tea. I liked the palette and use of circles as quick texture.
well. Sun is shining. waiting for the neighbors to be all awake before I go use the brush cutter on the tractor. We have a butthole neighbor here that runs farm equipment 24/6 but is the first one to complain about "Working on the Lords Day". worst is; he's a seventh day Adventist WTF? Kinda get's me annoyed maybe I should prepare a Jerk-sermon for all my church friends. or drink coffee and read spam.

Sorry to hear about the trip craziness and Larry's dad passing, AntiM. Hopefully the rest of his trip is safe and uneventful.
Good luck with both the kitties and the fast, Doc. Pani's off the hooch for at least a month, too. She's doing this whole30 diet plan, which restricts a lot of what she can eat or drink for the first month.
