Looking for a place to live in Santa Cruz

Two guys looking for a home, preferably a place with a strong sense of community. We really enjoyed the sense of helpfulness and togetherness that existed on the playa and would like to recreate it as much as possible in our future home in Santa Cruz.

Originally thinking 2 rooms in a Victroian with some good people, but a community oriented complex could work as well.
